“Even on a rainy day”
Reviewed October 17, 2012

In spite of the bad weather, the well-developed paths were fine underfoot. Beautiful and interesting sculptures were set amongst lovely plantings and views. Some of the information points could do with a refresh due to weathering, but otherwise well worth a couple of hours. We are planning to go back for the glass sculptures.

“Contemporary art”
Reviewed October 1, 2012

You will love this exhibition if you are in to Contemporary art. If you are not, then the lovely walk is worth it anyway, and if you are like me you can laugh hysterically at the "art". They say its art if it causes emotion. So laughing is just fine. Some works are spectacular, some absolutely hideous.

“A nice walk, sculpture uninspiring”
Reviewed May 28, 2012

We visited during the week expecting to have lunch at the cafe and view some scuplture. The cafe is only open in the weekend and appears to be a caravan serving coffee and sandwiches which you can eat in the open. The cost was $15 per adult which was excessive. It was a nice walk through the trees and amongst the ponds but the sculpture was uninspiring.
Just use it as a nice bush walk if you want to pay for a walk.

“Highly recommended”
Reviewed April 18, 2012

We spent several hours with our 3 kids, having a great fun; great combination of garden with sculptures. The rote is very nice and every few steps you reach different area (forest, pond, quarry..) and its not expansive. We highly recommend to visit there to people leaving in or travelling to Hamilton and its vicinity
