We went to check out the quality of various steaks with friends and I believe we can consider ourselves "Little Experts" as we are all working in the food/meat industry.
There was some confusion on a specific cut - Hanger Steak - which showed on there steak chart on a different position then described by our waitress confirming this also with the chef. When Google the cut it was on a total different position again :-) on the 'Beast'. I had the Sous Vide cooked Prime Rib and was a bit disappointed as it had a tougher bite then expected on this kind of product.
