I would not recommend this place to stay unless you are desperately in need of a bed in town. Upon check in we were greeted by a pleasant girl and when we asked if she could recommend somewhere we could park, she advised that their hotel had special parking rates with Wilson parking up the road for $14 a night but had to be pre-purchased by them otherwise we would be charged $15 an hour. when we found the parking space we found that parking was $10 for the entire night! (started to feel scammed already) The room was very small, TV was blurry (with 3 channels) and when we took a shower, the toilet got wet too as there was no guttering and was sort of a "space for everything". During the night it was very noisy with the drunks outside (and we were on the 17th floor). To top it off, we booked in to have a continental breakfast and got down to the main lobby and was not even greeted by the reception person. he just stared at us. we asked for breakfast and was given a pathetic looking breakfast pack with stail cookies and warm juice / milk in cartons. The utensil box at the so called buffet table was mixed all together with different designs and plastic ones included! I don't know how they can call this a hotel. can I suggest to first train your staff to at least smile and say hello and next, change those pictures on your website because that is FALSE ADVERTISING!

Hotel rooms are very small and poorly maintained...broken handles, cracked walls and tv channels that are run on an antennae rather than digital. No matter where you lay on the bed you couldn't see the tv. Location is ideal. Very noisy at night. Crashing of building work early in the morning. Crashing of bottles and partiers pouring out of the club below. One of the receptionists were very friendly but the majority seemed uninterested in guest satisfaction. No restaurant on site but room amenities available to cook. No wifi in rooms just the lobby.
