I have stayed here multiple times and the place has gone downhill from what I remember. First complaint is the extra amenities. The gym is terrible, you got a broken bike and some free weights, in a tiny room. The wifi can be just awful, I went to telcel to buy a 3G card for the short time I was in nz it was so bad. Granted it was free so if you just need email what not it's fine but for anything serious it can be really spotty. My room wasn't that clean this time, couple huge long black hairs, just sorta gross. Breakfast buffet looks tiny, nothing to get excited about. I've stayed here quite a few times and the corner rooms and one bedroom units are nice, while the standard room is bit small. The service staff does work hard at the front desk, but the hotel just feels worn down for a 4 star property. If you can score a good deal on a room it's fine but just feel a level of disappointment growing with this property.
