Hobsonville Point Farmers Market
Attraction details
Reviewed August 11, 2013 via mobile

It was a quiet market the first
Time we visited. Took us a while to come back to it. I'm
Glad we did keep coming back as there were more and more
Stalls each time we visited.
The atmosphere is lovely. There is always music and good produce.
Glad to have this kind of market out west.

On advice from friends we visited Hobsonville market. Although quite small we were delighted with what was on offer. In particular a chef who was cooking thai patties - OMG delicious and the lady with the pies absollutley mouth watering definately going back for the family pie.

A great weekly indoor market (Sat & Sun) with lots of different foods, from fish and organic meat, to delicious breads, olive oil, jams and chutneys, fruit & veg, yummy Salash sausages and small goods, Hakanoa ginger, hiney, and even homemade dog biscuits! We go there regularly.
Catalina Cafe opposite is great, but you have to get there early on market day or be prepared to queue.

Plenty of parking nearby, and all undercover. A great place to get fresh foods and plenty of tastings too! Lots of Gluten free!
Not a huge market but quality goods for sale. This is held in one of the old airbase sheds. PLenty to see if you want to walk around the point after, and dont miss the new marina.

good fare, the catalina cafe is next door, the park for children is a stone away. All good! We go from time to time, as some food are pricy, but it's quality. Latest find was vinegar made with honey.
