Great views and nice visit. You can drive all the way up to the top which is great if you've got little ones! It was very windy though on the day we went, but only need to spend 10 mins looking and taking photos. You can then go down to Cornwall Park and walk around there where it's a bit flatter. (Or go get a coffee or icecream, or snack at the kiosk next to the info centre). There's nothing up on the actual One Tree Hill summit, but there are toilets, kiosk, BBQs and info centre in the surrounding Cornwall Park.

We drove to the top and had wonderful view; unfortunately, the weather was not so friendly that day. No rain but cloudy. Great view, a lot to explore, one can do bit of exercise there by hiking up the hill. The sheep and cows graced the fields in the compound. There was good playground around. Would spend hours if the weather was good.

This is a brilliant place. The tree of the name is no longer here, but there are great views over auckland. Very expansive. Walking up will keep you fit. If you can be here on guy fawkes night you will be amazed, the view of the city at night with fireworks, looks like a sea of lights.

Well worth a visit. You can see the sky tower and its just so nice and peaceful up here, there's also a delightful little cafe which does afternoon tea and what not.
