“nice place to take the dog under the lead”
Reviewed April 23, 2012

combination between sport, relax and learn cultural historical, Cornwall Park have it all. A huge park that really nice looking especially with it One Tree Hill obelisk and Acacia Old Cottage close to the Cornwall Park tourist information center. Trees collection is also a plus point from this park, from Redwood 'til Cherry Blossom Tree, the smell of fresh Pines and don't forget everyone could walk along the Twin Oak Drive that will lead us to the top to the Obelisk or down below to Royal Oak and Onehunga. Such a nice place to have relax and do other sport like jogging, archery, cricket and so on.

“A great asset to Auckland”
Reviewed April 12, 2012

We really enjoy getting away from the busy city to spend a little time in this park, it is lovely for picnics and walking, lovely Restaurant and Cafe, plus historic buildings to learn about the history of the area, the farm animals close up are fun for the kids, the daffodils out in spring are wonderful to see, so much space for children to play and be children, close to the city but you feel miles away in the countryside here.

Amazing place, calm green and inviting. Be nice to have walkway/cycleway linking these green areas in Auckland.

Really enjoy taking the kids here. Something for kids of all ages to enjoy from the 'push' train, slides to the flying fox. Tables and nice grass area for picnics or to kick a blla around.
