St Patricks is located just up the road (and up a hill) from Queen Street, the main street in central Auckland. It sits on a large block and there in on-site car-parking for parishioners. The building is nice, without the overly ostentatious decorations common on many other cathedrals. Inside is a calm oasis with tasteful stain-glass windows and displays. Unlike many other churches I visited in Auckland, St. Pats was actually open visitors! A lovely spot and well worth a visit.
