We were met by Ewald near the cruise terminal and he introduced us to our guide for the day, Allen. I have seen Ewald reviewed here, but not Allen. His commentary and knowledge of the area significantly added to the day. Many guides know their stuff, but present it in a less than fresh manner. Allen was spot on about everything. We are in our 70's and do not move as fast as we once did. We were taken care of in a calm and reassuring manner. Because our ship was sailing a bit early, we had to get back sooner than we would have liked, so we did have to miss a wine tasting, but that was made up for by a quick detour under the harbour bridge to see where and how the "nippon clip ons" were attached. Of course, having the coffee and meeting Allen's son was a personal touch very much appreciated.
Thanks you. Highly recommended!
