Quite a pleasant walk down here from where we were staying at the Grand Mercure in Customs Street.
Quite a few eating places if you are looking for a drink or something to eat, but not much here really and not very interesting.

Love this place. On a beautiful day enjoy a coffee while taking a walk around . I'd love to see some container stores here selling New Zealand art or hand made crafts. There are plenty of places to eat around here.

We visited here a few days ago. Well designed and thought out area. Very interesting to walk around and sit and relax or people watch. So much to see. Loved see the shiping containers with books area. Plenty of seats to sit and read and relax.
Well defined spaces with various displays, all making it extremely easy for people of types of ability to get around. Well maintained also.
Only a short distance to downtown Queen Street and many cafes etc in short distance.
We were staying in our motorhome at the Westhaven Marina (Z Pier) so it was only a short walk through to have a look around. Will definitely be back.

Nice place for a wine or a beer with pretty good views... not as busy as elsewhere in Auckland which is wonderful.

A great base to park the car for a walk into the city - stroll around the Silo park. kids can play in the awesome playground. Often exhibits or activities on around the wharf in the summer. Walk across the footbridge... a very cool atmosphere!

A great place to relax, eat,be entertained and take visitors .
The choice of eating establishments is great and along with the Auckland theater co
, free concerts and movies, markets there is something for all ages.
