It was so interesting and so much fun, there was plenty of time for everything! And Cassie was a very knowledgeable and entertaining guide.

Fantastic day out with the highlights being the Pinnacles and the sand boarding. Our guide Beck was excellent, really friendly, informative and went the extra mile taking photos/videos for guests. Good lunch at the lobster shack and good to see the koalas at Yanchup.

Way too long a day, and the timing of stops was not well thought out. We had too much time at the jetty and too much time at some rocks by the ocean, and virtually no time in the town. The tour guide, Graham, really seemed like he didn't want to be there. Very little information was provided. He would often just stop the bus and open the door without saying anything. He'd be better suited as a quiet taxi driver and certainly doesn't have the personality or demeanor to be a tour guide.

Hello

Our sincere apologies that your tour to Margaret River did not live up to the high expectations and standards that we set. Thank you for providing your feedback.

It does not sound like you connected with Graham at all and it doesn't sound like he was having his best day. We are very sorry about that and will be providing your feedback to Graham to help with his ongoing development, as we do with all of our Tour Guides.

Apologies again and we hope you at least managed to enjoy the winery lunch and beautiful attractions down in the Margaret River region that so many other people rave about.

I took the day trip to Margaret River. I saw alot of different things. We had lunch at a winery. We had 2 wine tastings and went to a brewery. Our last stop was Margaret River chocolates. I went on a small bus where there was not much leg room. We covered alot of miles. We also stopped at the Busselton jetty. If wanted to walk on the jetty it was $4.00AUD. It was along day about 13 hours because we had alot of miles to cover. One of our stops was also Yahava Koffee Works where you can smell and taste a variety of coffees from all over the world. WE sampled hot coffee and cold coffee.

The trip is really good organised with a zoo visit, followed by wineyard lunch, lancerlain and pinnacles. What made the most of the day was the experience brought by the chief explorer Carola! I am so impressed with her enthusiasm and passion about the area! Also she specially played music from Australia which we all enjoyed a lot!
