“One of best pizzas in australia”
Reviewed April 6, 2014 via mobile

Its a nice little Italian restaurant in the middle of Perth.
It was a really good pizza, the only downside is the very small tables.

“Early Pizza”
Reviewed March 11, 2014

We ordered 2 pizzas the vegetarian one was very cheesey, our other was presented with very few prawns and a lot of anchovies. The pizza base was very good-not thick and provided a good foundation for the other ingredients, unfortunately they didn't match the quality of the base.

“Nice pizza, expensive and poor customer service.”
Reviewed February 23, 2014

This place has a lot of potential. Pizza is very nice but must be eaten hot has it becomes rubbery as it gets cold. The management should consider to employ people with better customer service and people skills and maybe less touchy with a better sense of humour. We were in a small group of people and the pizzas did not come out at the same time, two of us received the pizzas after 10-15 minutes after the others. One of my friend that got the pizza on time, had to take an important call from overseas when her pizza arrived. If we had been in Italy, I guarantee you that the staff would have offered to keep the pizza warm for the client or at least to heat it up a couple of minutes in the oven upon customer's request. Here nope, they cannot be bothered to make a customer happy as they are too busy in delivering pizzas like they were just numbers. Even after several requests there was no way to have a warmer pizza. Yet one of the waiter approached our table insinuating that the person who asked for a small favour in behalf of our friend, was crazy, rude and should have calmed down. No point in making him understand our point of view as he seemed pretty full of himself. Arrogance and being unfriendly do not work very well with good customer service. I work in the industry and this is a classic example of unprofessional people who think that charging money is better than earning money. I could make a list of the things that did not go well that night service related... For the price we paid, we expected at least a decent service. Such a shame!

“Only for Hipsters”
Reviewed February 16, 2014

We arrived about 6.15pm and only about 3 people at other tables. We had 3 kids with us. It took about 5 mins to seat us in an empty restaurant and he wasn't interested in serving us. Then we were told we couldn't order pizza until 7pm as they had a big order to get out.. You are a pizza restaurant, why haven't you more staff on and people in the restaurant should come before your take away. So had to order from other menu, food was average for the price. Terrible service, it was a hip pizza shop so if you are a hipster think you would get better service.

“Simple but super menu”
Reviewed February 15, 2014

Pizza is difficult to get just right. Of course, everyone has their own ideas on the best way to cook and eat pizza. In this case, I would say that it was bang on !

The menu is small and what they offer is beautifully cooked, using fresh and good quality ingredients, simply presented. The portions are large and sharing plates seemed to be a good idea.

The décor was chic and arty and the place had a real cosmopolitan buzz about it. People were obviously enjoying themselves. The music was eclectic but not intrusive. We found the wait staff to be friendly, polite and efficient. It is obviously very popular judging from the turnover on the three nights that we chose to eat there.

The chemistry of the place lends itself to a really pleasant way to spend an evening.

Well done ! Keep the winning formula of simplicity and authenticity.
