We (a couple with a kid) prebooked and prepaid Goodearth Hotel down the street, arrived and found it disgusting. Someone recomended to us few other hotels and we decided to leave straight away. We went to Fraser Suites and that was the best move. We received a nice welcome by reception staff and they sent a girl from sales dept. to have a chat with us about our stay. The girl showed us few beautiful appartments - everything nice and new! Sales department made a good deal for us that we could not reject. All the stuff was so professional and helpful. One thing for the manager: I feel that room attendance stuff is under a lot of pressure - maybe wrong contractor or contractor to improve! We are going back there for sure! Thank you Natasha!!

wow.. i cannot believe the hype this hotel is getting because some idiot threw a few hundred million at it.. the rooms are clean, yes, but ever so small for the price.. the front desk staff are as snobby as they come and clearly don't even want to be there.. the seafood and hamburger we ordered from the restaurant were half frozen, undercooked and about as cold as the air conditioning itself.. my suggestion - pay just under $1000 for the room they advertise on the site or pay $300 and get put in a closet.. either way, i wouldn't stay or dine again, even if they paid me..!! please take notice..!!!!! I'm only trying to help..!!!! why people have blatantly lied about this hotel is beyond me.. (p.s - the chef really is terrible, at least 7-8 plates were returned in the short time we spent down in the restaurant.. even room service, you'd be better off ordering pizza from pizza hut.. the delivery time will be less, i promise)

Room Tip: do your research.. ask as many questions as possible, because the front desk staff will say whatever...

My husband and I stayed at this hotel from the 1-3 Feb, after looking at a heap of other hotels online, we decided to try it out...Im so glad we did! We stayed in a studio room on the 7th floor, which was clean and fresh,The beds are King size and super comfy, The pillows are also very good, with two each you could have firm or soft options. The view was mostly the new building next door, but had a good view of the waca too. Being that there were building works going on, I never noticed any noise from that or traffic. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and at $35 p.p, a good price considering other 5* hotels, We were served and looked after very well by Patricia, who attended to our every need. We also had the pleasure of meeting and being served by Shanuka, who was in the bar, on the many occasions we went for drinks,he was a very polite, professional and diligent worker, he was great for a relaxing drink, as well as quiet a few giggles! Actually, most of the staff we very attentive and helpful, although the young man on the front desk looked like he would rather be somewhere else, but being a weekend, who would want to work! The pool, sauna and spa was a great way to end the day, and as we went after 8pm, we had it all to ourselves! As we live south of Perth, we had our own car to get around, the undercover parking is very convenient, and basically unheard of in Perth! We definitely cant wait to stay again...and soon!

Everything about this hotel is NEW. Great stay for me and the missus, nice clean room, awesome gym, the pool was heated, spa was hot , sauna was great. Only a few clicks away from the WACA and the casino. Didn't have breakfast but dining looked good, the bar was friendly and always staffed.
Definitely recommend this hotel for couples.

The hotel room was excellent. It was clean, tidy and fresh. The kitchen facilities meant I didn't have to dine out for every meal, which is a pleasant thing on a business trip.

The pool and gym are excellent.

The hotel is just too far to walk to Perth but there is a bus stop out the front so you can get a bus into city. There's also no taxi rank but you can get a bus to the one on Hill St and Adelaide St corner.

My only criticism is that the pillows are over stuffed so I got a sore neck while sleeping.

Overall the hotel is very good and staff are friendly and polite.

Absolutely 5 star service. We arrived early from out of town (4 hours before check in) and were not expecting an early check in but the concierge made a room available for us. Parking underneath the hotel is well lit and there is plenty of room. Pool area is very modern and gym (although did not use) is full of great equipment. Dinner at the restaurant was very full filling, with all components proving very fresh and delicious. Would 100% stay here again - it is refreshing to stay somewhere brand new and affordable with modern features. Would highly recommend this!

Being a new hotel everything is fresh, clean, modern and working. The rooms really are as nice as the professional photos.
I would imagine most rooms will have a full or partial river view. Only rooms on the Northern side may not have a river view.
It is a bit further away than the older more central hotels, however is a 2 minute taxi to the centre of perth or a 10 minute walk.
The hotel breakfast was very nice and was not busy. We had a car and they did not charge us the $30 parking fee as on their website.
I would definately stay here again and recommend it to others.

You are right that most of our rooms will have a partial view of the Swan River however, from the 10th floor onwards, regardless of the facing, we will have full view.
We certainly look forward to your return visit. Do let me know and I will arrange for a room with a different view.
Best regards.
