At $16 a night, it's probably one of the cheapest places to stay in Perth City. There is also free 24hr street parking (rare in any big city). The place is essentially a converted sharehouse, rooms weren't the cleanest. We got bitten by mosquitoes and other bugs... however the staff were very friendly and most helpful. It's also a great place to meet foreign travellers, with a great relaxed social atmosphere.
