This Hotel has become my hotel of choice in Perth as its location cannot be beaten being close to shops and the Perth CBD.While it is true the decor of the rooms is more of the 80s the rooms are large and very clean as with the bathroom. The King bed was super comfortable and uses top quality linen. Also the hotel has a good wifi in the rooms.
Breakfast on the ground floor is first class with great variety.Fitness facilities good.

Room Tip: Hotels steak restaurant Adelphi excellant

We spent two nights her during a trip to Perth and Margaret River region. Perth hotels are inordinately expensive and although our King suite was spacious and immaculate it was showing its age in terms of decor and outlook. The hotel appears to have been overshadowed by development but is striving to keep up. Constraints of space are evident in the foyer and main restaurant, and the attached arcade is very sad with a bunch of vacant shops and an ordinary convenience store. Breakfast in Globe restaurant was up to Hilton standards as was our evening meal there. We were less impressed with the adjoining Adelphi steakhouse. While the quality of ingredients was fine the presentation and service were not up to par (and expensive).

Naturally, we’re really pleased you enjoyed your King Suite and breakfast in The Globe – thank you!

I’m very sorry that we fell short of your expectations in The Adelphi. Please be assured I have shared your comments with our team; I know they are genuinely sorry for the poor impression created and hope to have an opportunity to change that on a future visit.

Although this hotel has been around for quiet awhile, it still has a sense of luxury.
We booked a king suite, the bed and linen were top quality.
The room and bathroom was spacious and spotlessly clean.
We dined at the Adelphi Steakhouse and Bar, we ordered barramundi and steak and thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. The staff at the hotel were very curtious and helpful, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel

I checked in to this particular hotel due to its close proximity to the Perth convention centre and I was surprised at what i received. Not only was it close to the Perth Convention Centre but it was in walking distance to all the Major shops. The rooms are nice and cosy, with a typical Australian Flavor. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. I recommend this to anyone visiting Perth.

I stayed in a standard room when attending a conference. Although a little old fashioned and without a view, the room was very comfortable and a good size for a multi day business trip. It is close to good shopping and restaurants in Hay Street - although I really enjoyed the civilised fusion meals I had at the attached restaurant " The Globe". It is located close to the convention centre and short walk from Kings Park, and its views and the Swan River.

I would be very happy to stay here again for a business trip.

Staff were pleasant, helpful and really couldn't be faulted. The hotel itself feels rather old and dark. Room was clean and well kept but slightly on the small side. The bathroom felt dated.
The a la carte breakfast was fairly good and on par with Hilton's standards.
The hotel was exceptionally convenient to the convention centre and within easy walking distance of the key bits of the CBD.
The gym was bright and airy overlooking the pool. It had the essential gym equipment and not much more.

Staying at the Penthouse. Spacious room, comfortable bed, clean and has a nice balcony. Furniture best if could refurbished. Good if upgraded to plasma TV like some of other hotels, currently have normal type of TVs. Short walk to shopping district-Hay/Murray Street and King St. Across the street from cafe, can have breakfast there on weekdays, closed on weekends. Parking $42/day, the alternative parking at Convention Center charge $3/hr. Our teenager kids stayed at twin room on a different floor, normal size room.
