“Impressive”

A spectacular location on the hill and a sobering reminder of the sacrifices made by so many young men far from home.

“A must visit”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 30, 2012

Kings Park dominates the Perth skyline and the views are magnificent.
Locating the war memorial at the peak of the Park was a brilliant decision as you are not only blown away by the views and location, but the memorial itself is excellent and a fitting place to remember those who have died keeping us safe.
There is lots to see and do at Kings Park, including the floral clock and Jacobs Ladder. The kids will love it and so will you.

“Moving”

Very moving, and they hold a lovely service here for remembrance day and Anzac day. Both services are well worth going to, even if it's hot.

“A lovely park to take a stroll around”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 29, 2012

Perth has few attractions for the sightseer, but you could not possibly miss a walk around Kings Park and War Memorial. It is a haven of Peace and Tranquility, and the flowers and trees of all types give it a rich botanical feel.
