We did the most expensive captin cook wine cruise which included lunch at The Waters Edge Winery - which was what we were after - thinking we would have a nice leisurely lunch looking at the river. All in all a good day except for the lunch venue. We were showed to a dungeon type function room with no views whatsoever and 3 courses of lunch were served in 30 minutes flat. Not what we expected at a winery at all. Did not even get to see what the winery looked like and if there was some sort of shop/cellar. There were heaps of tables and chairs outside under shade sails that were empty - which is where we went inbetween courses and straight after dessert. The entree was not what was advertised. Suggest a cheaper cruise with lunch on board - this was far too hurried for lunch and I suppose we thought that seeing as were were out for 7 hours that lunch would be a far more leisurely experience.
