Attended an amazing wedding at the beautiful Frasers - the staff were wonderful - plenty of senior staff keeping tabs on what was going on, food was FANTASTIC . If you are looking for a great venue, you can not go past Frasers. Really did impress.

Went back after having not been there for several years to find the place has really improved in all aspects. The decor seems to have been revamped subtly, and the tables are not squashed in so there is good space between them, which allows for easy conversation (and the noise level is not high).
The service is knowledgable, attentive, and yet relaxed without being over-familiar. The wine list is extensive and the menu, although not huge, is well chosen with a mixture of entrees and also share entrees for 2 or more.
The mains are all brilliant and they are what I would suppose is modern Australian cuisine. There is a focus on local produce with a mixture of seafood and meat dishes. The soft shell crab to share is fantastic, and for the mains the duck breast and beef cuts are exceptionally well cooked. Lamb shoulder was cooked to perfection too.
The salads are obviously well planned and prepared, and would be a highlight on their own. We had a quinoa salad which was a revelation. Side dishes are clearly not afterthoughts as they seem to be in other restaurants.
Deserts are beautifully presented, and while not cutting edge, are perfectly suited to the whole meal.
Servings are not petite sizes, and everyone in the restaurant seemed to be in good spirits. It is popular with tourists and people celebrating birthdays, but does not suffer from the attitude in similar establishments where the customer is taken for granted. Fraser's seems to want your frequent recurring business by making the whole experience very satisfying with out going over the top.
Prices initially seem high, but by the end of the meal you realise they are appropriate and I didn't feel overcharged at all.
Having rediscovered Fraser's we will be returning soon.

Enjoyed a lunch at Fraser's with my husband. The views are wonderful overlooking the city. The food was very good. My husband had the teriyaki beef, which was cooked exactly to his liking, and I had the snapper special, which was plentiful but light. The service was attentive and prompt, as well. For lunch it is a bit pricey, but if you know this going in, you will not be disappointed.

We dined on a Monday night the place was packed but service was still great. Maybe 2x as many people working as needed and about 3x more than you'd find at most places in the USA. Also friendly which is not the case everywhere in Perth.

Unfortunately the food does not quite match up. The steaks were good but you can certainly find better cuts at ahem some other local joints. No green salads, though the bruschetta app was good. A bit overpriced like most of Perth but at least you get a great view of town.

In sum a good place to go on an expense account, but don't expect to be overwhelmed.
