I must say I was disappointed with The Blue Seas 'Resort' after reading all the other reviews on TripAdvisor. I found the apartment to be very comfortable but quite dated and in need of modernising. Calling itself a 'resort' is a bit much - there is no bar or restaurant or any other facilites - it's just a few blocks of apartments with 2 pools! The pools were nice - but even in the Broome heat I found them to be too cold - it was freezing and doesn't heat up as it is shaded from the sun. Reception is only open until 5pm so we had to collect our key from a safe - not a very warm welcome! We were quite unfortunate in that we arrived at about 8pm and were being collected early the next moring for a day trip to the Kimberley so we had no opportunity to get something for breakfast. The blue seas provides no food except take-away microwave dinners which are only avaliable while reception is open, and the only shop closes early - so we had to go hungry! The location is handy for Cable Beach and there are some very nice dining options nearby, but I must say I found this 'resort' to be very over-priced.
