Having frequented Broome alot it is safe to say that the Blue Seas offers the best value stay we have experienced. Rooms were clean and accomodating, and being DINKs the single room suites were nice and quiet. A great location walking distance to the beach, pub, restaurants etc. The pool / spa area was nicely shaded and the BBQ facilities first class. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble - we will definately stay here again.

We arrived just prior to news of a cyclone forming off the Broome coast. Nothing about this was mentioned at the resort however, which was a bit concerning. Would prefer that management perhaps be a little more proactive regarding this, as the only news we were getting was from the bureau of meteorology.

Despite that, I can recommend this resort. Ideally for families, as once you open the door from your unit, there is not a huge amount of privacy.

The unit itself - wonderful - everything you need for a self contained stay. Try to ensure you have a room with an actual oven and grill, as this was really handy when we had to stay indoors for a couple of days due to the massive rainfall as a result of being on the fringe of the cyclone.

The beds are the best I've slept on in a hotel - with both a hard and soft pillow for choice. Rooms are beautifully airconditioned as well as fans inside and outside.

Very, very comfortable and an easy place to base yourself for multiple days - walking distance to Cable Beach and a number of dining and drinking venues.

Room Tip: Pick a ground floor unit if possible, preferably facing west so you don't get the hot easterly s...

We stayed at the Blue Seas Resort in November for 6 nights. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed including a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The pool is right outside the units, perfect for cooling down in. The aircon and fans inside unit worked well. Staff were friendly and helpful. Although some distance from main town centre and the closest Woolworths, the resort is within walking distance to Cable Beach, cafes, restaurants and a pub.

I recently stayed at Blue Seas Resort in Darwin for 9 nights. Blue Seas is what I would call a "boutique" resort, having only 44 apartments. This suited me fine as it was, accordingly, nice and quiet. The apartments are fully self-contained (inc. full kitchen and a perfectly adequate laundry area) and, as a single lady, I appreciated the additional security of locks on the windows. Multiple ceiling fans (even outside in a private seating area) and excellent air-conditioning made for a very comfortable stay during fairly warm and humid weather.

The town bus stops virtually outside the front door and it takes just 10 mins to walk to Cable Beach with its lovely beach, dining and camel ride options. Local establishments like "The Zoo" and "Diver's Tavern" also offer dining and entertainment options and were just a short walk away.

I was extremely happy with my stay at Blue Seas Resort and will definitely return on my next visit to Broome.

We recently spent 5 days in Broome at the Cable Beach Blue Sea Resort (Nov-Dec).
It was at the start of the wet season however the weather was perfect especially with the lovely sea breeze in the late afternoon.
We arrived late on the day but there was no hassles and the key was waiting and the fans in the apartment were on and whipping up a fresh breeze.
The management and staff are friendly and very knowledgeable with regard to things to do in the area.
The resort is an easy walk to Cable Beach however the well maintained pool and pool area at this resort made it a very easy option to sit, chill out and enjoy the facilities by the pool.
I loved Gantheaume Point, Matso’s Brewery/Restaurant and the fabulous food at Café D’Amore.

Will definitely return to stay at Blue Seas. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms and overall property are very clean. Two beautiful pools and spas. Rooms are self contained and have all the amentities you need. Ideally located with a bus stop out the front and about a 5 to 10 minute walk to Cable Beach. Close to a few bars/eateries and a deli where you can pick up small essentials for your stay. Camels pass by every afternoon on their way to the beach. Value for money.

My husband & I stayed for 3 nights in September this year. Our 1 bedroom apartment was very nice, it also had free wi-fi, which we found very useful. The swimming pool was lovely & it was handy having your own washing machine & tumble drier.Cable Beach was walkable, also a few shops, restaurants & bars.Cable Beach is an expensive place to stay.
