Yes, there is more to Broome than Cable Beach. Take a tour and have a good look around, and you'll find Roebuck Bay, on the other side, although I only saw it briefly, during a quick pitstop in the tour bus, they say it's better to stay on the Cable Beach side of town, as the Roebuck Bay side is full of mosquitoes and midgies! Pack the repellant!!

get to Roebuck Bay for easter , see the magnificent moon refection on the low tide mud flats, and the tide that rises to over ten meters, we liked the town beach where you can buy from the food vans ...or have a barbecue, before sunset...

I did a tour with west Kimberley charters and we caught lots.
The bay is also full of little dolphins and turtles (and a big hammerhead shark).
Go fishing and you will catch something or just go for a cruise and see the sights.
