This restaurant pops up most nights next to the main pool in the Cable Beach Club Resort, once the sun sets and the kids have headed back to their rooms. Tables are set by the pool, and on the deck, but none are air-conditioned so could be uncomfortable if humid.
We shared an entree tasting plate, then had one main, a vegetable side dish and rice.... that was plenty for the two of us, and while the dishes were relatively expensive, the whole meal worked out as reasonable value, given you are in a resort in a remote area.
Be sure to book, it isn't open every night, and occasionally is closed for a private function.
