Seating is all outside, we ate at night and shivered our way through the meal. Food was pricey but very nice, just make sure you bring a good jacket (and preferably jeans) if you’re visiting on a June evening.

Well it's outside and very casual, but the chilli mud crab is incredible if that your thing!
The wines are well priced and it's a bit of a broome legend.
A little out of the way and take some warm clothes if going on a windy night.

We probably paid almost $60 for return Taxi fares to visit this recommended restaurant and were very disappointed. Being evening time there was no view to compensate the average food. Lots of batter and very little fish . The fish curry was mostly shell and too much work! On the plus side the staff were friendly although no table service. Meals were ordered at the kitchen area. Not worth the taxi fare!

Pleasantly surprised by the freshness of the seafood and atmosphere. We arrived in time for half priced oysters from 2-5pm and happily enjoyed more than our fair share. Highly recommend the barra wings as well.

The nearest Fish & Chip shop will have a better idea of how to cook up F&C than this overpriced joint. It's NOT just the prices -- No self respecting Chef would serve the rubbish that we were served. Wish we had read some of the negative reviews before giving them a go.

The ONLY thing in their favour is that with the right outside table you can have a quite good view.
Yes -you do have to go up & order - not a drama if the food had been good but it wasn't.

There is only one way they do Calamari -- that's in rings (Same as garden variety F& C Shop)
Char Grilled or not its in rings. We had the rings & they were less than average .

The Chips were I suspect frozen & brought in - they were overcooked to the point of being almost ruined - hard & burnt. The Threadfin Salmon fish was OK -2 thin pieces of fish. So it should have been for what was described as medium size order at $25 . That came with the Chips as described. NO Salad , No other Condiment ! Just Overcooked chips & fish. We asked for Tomato sauce -- that was had for an additional $2.50 !

The Calamari comes with the same large serve of overcooked Chips -- nothing else.

The drink list was hugely overpriced - Beers on average seem to be $8.50 & around only 2 white wines under $40. do yourselves a favour & give this place the big miss it deserves.

PS - The good reviews I read here must be by Relatives, Staff or Friends.
