This is the second time at Eco Beach and it was so relaxing. The first time was in an Eco tent, this time in a villa. Four days wasn't enough. Starting the day with Yoga and Carla Ann's gentle guidance made the day. Invigorating and relaxing. Time was irrelevant and your day is guided by the sun, the tide, a massage perhaps and your stomach. An hours walk on the beach every night at sunset finished off the day with colours and light on the rocks and cliffs reflecting in receding tide. A painter's paradise. And a paradise for anyone seeking a more remote experience where you feel the power of the natural beautiful environment.
The wine and food was very good and the service very friendly.

Although the EcoTents are very basic the views over the beach and bush certainly make up for the basic accommodation. However, our biggest letdown was the food. As you are "captive" and have to eat at Jacks we were surprised and then incredibly disappointed at the inconsistency ( and cost) of the food provided. Every meal had something wrong - first night the braised pork belly was more like braised shoe leather; next morning the omelette was tasteless; lunch the chicken was tough.... and the list goes on. Entrees are tiny and rarely correct. Great staff who were very apologetic - but these dishes are third year apprentice stuff and at $35 a main I expect a lot more at a supposed 5 star resort. To cap it all - a dose of mild food poisoning from a piece of barramundi quite obviously cooked from frozen. Never again .....

What a great place to spend a few days. Stayed in the Eco tent and was fantastic with its private deck. Sitting outside having glass of wine or even breakfast,,,with the birds too. Eco beach walks are great, plenty to do.Yoga in the morning 7am sets the pace for the day and the restaurant meals are great. i love how sustainable it is and the history behind how it was destroyed by the 2000 cyclone. Great place!!!!!!!

This is a beautiful Kimberley location with real wow factor. This isolated and exclusive beach front resort is in a breathtaking location. Pristine blue waters, white sands and red Kimberley cliffs - how can you go wrong, it really is paradise. It's not pretentious and has a relaxed Aussie feel, nor is it part of a fancy International resort chain with people bowing to your every whim...thank god. So don't expect that. If you're lucky enough to stay there you'll love it.

Room Tip: sneak in your own grog! Partial ocean views are excellent value.

A huge thank you goes to my hubby for surprising me for our 20th Wedding Anniversary at Eco Beach. Broome being my favourite place in the whole world just got better with the remote, private and stunning beauty of this place. The infinity pool was perfect to sip G&T's around and our Ocean Villa was beautiful with views to forever accompanied by the constant sound of lapping waves. We were in Heaven!

While he went fishing to catch the first Sail Fish of the season and some delicious BIG fish which Barraddict smoked, I was spoilt by Carla Anne's amazing massage, facial and Life Alignment session. She is a true gift and her Yoga classes divine with a view to die for. A must for any gal!

Every meal we had was a pure culinary delight, with presentation and delicacy outstanding! The Lamb was from another world. I didn't want to leave and Karl Plunkett needs a big pat on the back for creating such an Eco friendly resort. We had a tour of how the Solar system works and the whole mechanics, ambience and tranquility of the place is a credit to his dream. Well done.

To all the staff, pilots and organisers of our getaway, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! We will be back. Enjoy every stunning Broome sunset. We miss it already! xxx

Room Tip: Go the Ocean front Villas if you want pure luxury and well... Who doesn't?!
