We arrived at the restaurant, having booked a table for 2 and there was only three other tables with guests seated, however we had to ring the bell to get service and be seated at out table.
We were taken around a corner and down a narrow section of the restaurant (even though the whole restaurant was empty).
After waiting about 15-20 minutes we were given a winelist and left to ponder our options, 20 minutes later we were offered to order our drinks, which did come promptly.
After 45 minutes we were given menus and having sat for almost an hour we finally ordered our food. Still only around 5 small tables of seated guests within the whole restaurant.
We finally ordered and after 1.5 hours we received our main meal, which was wrong, but as we couldn't find a waitress to explain the issue, decided to share the other meal we had ordered.
After 2.5 hours a waitress came to clear our table and asked about the untouched meal, we explained the issue and she said that 'the chef must have made a mistake', but offered no solution or apology. When asked for the bill she proceeded to charge us for the untouched mistake and walk away.
Finally giving up we walked to the front counter with the bill and paid, then left. We will not be returning. The food itself is fine, nothing special, but would have been better if the service wasn't so terrible!
Overall took over 3 hours to get a drink, an entree and an incorrect main meal.
