Perfect for our stay to go to the Australian open tennis, very convenient with plenty of eateries/supermarkets near by.
We very much enjoyed this efficient apartment in a high rise across from Southern Cross Station, which afforded easy access to the whole Central Business District via tram and a quick bus route to the airport. Comfortable furnishings, laundry, a sense of living among non-tourists. Excellent choice.
Easy access to all areas in and around Melbourne. Quiet and clean. Suited our needs and purpose for visiting Melbourne.
It's a stylish apartment on the 25th floor of a three block apartment complex in CBD opposite the railway station (and Coles supermarket). It was clean, quiet and I felt safe and comfortable there. Ian kindly offered me his parking slot, otherwise if you have a car you will find it expensive to park in CBD. The apartment was well equipped, although I could not locate a toaster! Maybe this is because of warnings about cooking and setting off the smoke alarm. Ian does gently suggest that you avoid cooking! Food aside, I don't think you could find a better rental in CBD.

Love the location opposite southern cross station. Airport transfer is easy with 3 large bags and 2 kids to handle. Plenty of shops and foods on the upper spencer outlet ie Coles, chemist warehouse and etc
Free tram route is just door step away...
Unit is clean and warm enough for the kids during winter....
