We stayed at the Formula 1 hotel from 5 days 4 nights. We are a family with 2 adults, 2 kids and a baby.

We checked into 2 types of room for our stays. One room with 1 Double Bed and 2 Single Bunk Beds and the bunk beds were noisy when you lay and turn around your body on the bed. Another room with 4 Single Beds Bunk. Both rooms were small and our 3 large luggages and 2 medium size luggages took up most of the space.Bedding Supplied with pillow case and bed sheet but we had to put the bedsheets and also put the pillow case for the pillow our self.

The housekeeping won't clean the room and bed if you have your cloth on the bed.

Good location and just a 10 minutes to the flinders station and another 10 minutes to China town.

Room Tip: Remember to put all your clothing into your luggage before you leave your room, they won't clean your room if you got clothing laying on the beds.

the hotel is what you would expect from an inner city low cost hotel the room was very clean and neat and tidy one of the elavators was broken down and they did not have a service elavator so guests and staff all had to use one elavator, and there was no parking available at the hotel and the nearest available parking was a wilson parking garage at $22 per hour til 7pm then you can move your car to free parking on the street til 7am then either feed the meter til checkout or move it back to wilsons, the money i spent on parking i could have upgraded to the novatel, as i would recommend anyone who is travelling by car to this particular hotel to do, if i was using public transport the hotel would be great

A very convenient location and reasonable rates. Please try to make the bunk bed not noicy. This may be difficult, however if it is done, it will improve the quality a lot. Also a night lamp with a switch at bed side will help a lot.

This is just a room with a shower. The bed was very comfortable the room was extremely clean and the water was hot in the shower. - Nothing else is provided in the room, ie drinking water, tea coffee. For the price in Central Melbourne it was good for our one night.
