We enjoyed a seafood buffet dinner at this licensed restaurant located on the first floor of the Sheraton Hotel. The buffet has 5 elements with fresh oysters, mussels, poached king salmon, prawns, smoked salmon and crab making up the first element. All of this seafood was delicious and beautifully presented. The next element was a salad bar. Hot dishes were available that crossed seafood, Asian and Indian cuisines. A selection of large bite sized fancy cakes and tasty ice cream made up the fourth element. Finally a cheeseboard with breads, biscuits, nuts and pastes wrapped up the dinner menu.
