We drop by every year for the fun of it...also tasty and plentiful. You pick up a bowl and fill it with your choice of frozen thin-sliced meat(s), sprouts, and shredded veggies - peppers, onion, cabbage, etc. Then down the row of sauce bowls with a spoonful of this, two scoops of that, and a dip of the other. Once you get the hang of it, you can tailor the flavor (and sodium level) precisely to you taste. Then pass the bowl to the cook inside the glass-front cooking room who dumps what you've assembled on a large gas-fired "shield" where it sizzles as he flips the ingredients with huge chopsticks. A moment later it's back into the bowl and ready for your final sauce choices. Side dishes include all you want of spring rolls, rice, rice chips, and soup, as well. Deserts available. Beverage service is adequate. Decor isn't much, but fits the format. Convenient to the theatres and China Town. We'll do it again when next in Melbourne.
