The studio was in an excellent location near the centre of Melbourne. Public transport was nearby and some very good places for eating were also close by. The Melbourne market was very handy with some great food options.
The studio was spotless with great cooking facilities and extremely comfortable.
Everything had been thought through very thoroughly in the studio with maps and information .
Communication was excellent and we were picked up at the Skybus terminal which is really helpful if you are new to Melbourne.
This has to be one the best studios we have stayed in with great views out to sea and across the city. We loved it and would highly recommend.
We hope to return.
As soon as I was met in the foyer of the apartment building, the hostess was waiting for me to take me up to the apartment. As she opened the door, a smell of warm freshly baked bread wafted from the apartment. The hostess had baked me bread to welcome me, and make sure that I had something to eat for my dinner. There was milk, biscuits, juice, and fruit as well. The ambience was warm, and cosy, and the view was amazing! The hostess explained that the blinds in the lounge area needed to be fixed and she apologised that they were not working properly. Being on the 23rd floor this did not pose a huge problem, as they could be lowered 3/4 of the way. Another thing that made this accommodation appealing was that immediately underneath the apartment block there is an IGA supermarket. I have stayed in Melbourne many times in the past, and have always had to seek out a supermarket, which has sometimes been difficult not being a local. However, having a supermarket right next to the apartment was so helpful, and made it so easy to buy whatever I needed; even a toothbursh as I had left my one at home. My conference was at the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre, and this is literally a five minute walk from the apartment. This made it so easy, and meant I didn't need to rush each morning. I absolutely recommend this accommodation for anyone staying in Melbourne, especially for anyone who has to attend a conference at the Convention Centre. The hostess had thought of everything, and more, and to have her meet me when I arrived was a lovely and appreciated touch.
Best location - close to everything! Fabulous apartment with all you need and extras. We had an amazing two night stay. Gary (the owner) picked us up from Southern Cross Station and ran us through the running of the apartment as well as giving us recommendations. We felt very safe and comfortable. We were welcomed with a home cooked loaf of bread and real butter. We had the use of the gym and pool. Nina and Gary (the owners) were amazing through the whole process from booking to even allowing us a later check out which was much appreciated after a busy two days. Thanks so much.
Nina and Gary made sure we had everything for a great stay. It's perfect for a couple and easy access to Melbourne transportation. The Myki cards were so handy too. And we loved the extra touches like fresh bread and wine. Also all shower supplies were there too. We spent a week and everything was easy in the apt. We needed a light fixed and Nina and Gary took care if it immediately. We felt very safe and secure that we were well taken care of and would stay here again.
The apartment was very well located near the main area of Melbourne. Also it is within walking distance of the very nice South Melbourne Market. Really comfortable apartment (as shown), with great views. Nina and Gary are fabulous hosts. They even had a loaf of freshly made bread waiting for us. Their selection of tourist information is second to none. The apartment is very clean and the kitchen and bathroom are well stocked. Definitely a good choice in Melbourne.
We booked the apartment for 2 months and from the beginning of the booking process to the end of our stay the service provided by Nina was superb. Nina made our booking easier for us, sent details of all facilities by e-mail, offered to meet us at the airport, and because of the length of our stay asked us if there was anything else we required.
Nina was there to meet and greet at the apartment, and explained everything including the myki travel cards which were a real bonus, and the free wi-fi. The fridge was well stocked to see you in, and there was a loaf of home baked bread which was delicious. The apartment itself was clean and well furnished, and from the beginning it felt like a home from home for us. The swimming pool was fantastic - well maintained, lovely temperature and perfect for an early morning dip. The apartments are serviced by a 24 hour concierge, who were always there and available.
The location of the apartment was superb - walk out the apartments and the South Bank was right there, along with so many tram stops with easy links throughout the City and environs. The City centre was just a short, pleasant walk. It was just so easy to get around from the apartment location! South Melbourne market with its delights was very close, along with supermarkets so stocking up was no problem at all.
At the end of our stay we were sad to leave. We hope to return one day and the first thing we will look at is if this apartment is available.
Wonderful hosts, wonderful place, wonderful stay. Thank you, Nina and Gary.

We had a fantastic 5 day visit in this conveniently located apartment. It is decked out like a true home away from home with a modern Asian flare. We were greeted with cheese, home made bread and champaign for our 25th year anniversary. The view from the 23rd floor was far enough above the freeway that the traffic noise was not an issue - and we could see Port Phillip. Views of the sun set were a bonus. There is a tram stop across the street and a small IGA grocery store under the building. It is only a 5 min walk to a free tram stop for the CBD.
There is also parking in the building if you have a car - very helpful.
We also had a late flight out of melbourne and we were thankfully able to organise a late check out.
