“ONE OF AUSTRALIA'S BEST ARCADES”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 19, 2013

A magnificent arcade from the Victorian era with very unique shops. Soaring ceilings, glass canopy and beautiful mosaics make this a must see for every visitor to Melbourne. No franchised run of the mill shops to be seen - instead there are unique shops and cafes i.e. Haighs Chocolates, Hopetoun Tea Room (the window display of cakes is amazing), Downies Coins, Gewurzhaus (all manner of spices) not to mention specialty jewellers, clothes boutiques etc. A must see when in Melbourne.
