The Crown

Wonderful 3 night stay
Free upgrade which was a delight
Beware of airport doggie drivers only use taxis or Uber
The Crown is amazing and I would recommend it
Great position to shop and enjoy great food

Top class location and service

This facility is fantastic and I will be coming back the staff are great very helpful and friendly the mesh lounge is great and the breakfast is really good. The rooms a big and beds are comfortable and very large.

CROWN MEETS OUR NEEDS

This is our second stay at Crown Promenade and if nightly rates are reasonable it won't be our last. Great access to the Casino and handy to South Wharf and Southbank restaurants and cafes. The city circle trams are less than a 10 minute walk away and the Airport Skybus arrival/departure point is a 350m walk. Mesh Restaurant breakfast is great. My wife highly rates the pancakes and maple syrup.

Accidental Casino Hotel

Booked thru a tour company (#GoAway) we didn't know till we arrived it was a casino hotel. Not that it matters, but the surrounding food and amenities should be more reasonably priced. The room is nice (paid extra for upgrade and early arrival) but not spectacular. Door locks didn't work and maintenance took 1.5 days to fix ... Only 1 of the 2 locks got fixed.

Nickel and Dime you and don't give details

Be very careful - they charge for everything that they can think of - including charging you for EVERY device that you connect to the internet. The people are friendly but your bill is surprisingly large at the end of the stay.
