Positives: The hotel is fairly new, modern decor and in a good location, near Queen Vic Markets. We purchased 'travel zoo' vouchers including breakfast and wifi for $129 per night. Staff in dining room very pleasant, very good buffet breakfast. Good size kitchenette in room.
Negatives: Not enough space on bathroom basin for toiletries for two people. Could also do with another towel rail in bathroom. Noise carried from guests walking past in hallway and also guests in the room above. We travelled together from Sydney as four adult women, so when I redeemed our vouchers by phone, I specifically requested two twin rooms (with 2 single beds). On arrival we were told there was only one twin room available and the other would have to be a queen room with roll away. Our stay was for three nights and apparently the other twin room would not become available during our stay. This made the stay uncomfortable for one of our group that had to sleep on the rollaway for three nights. Even with a good deal, we will not stay here again if we could not be guaranteed twin room accommodation.
