Found this place when looking for somewhere to eat brunch on a Saturday afternoon. It is easy to miss as it is downstairs, but well worth a look. They do both sweet and savoury pancake dishes and I ordered chicken sliders on potato pancakes while my boyfriend had traditional pancakes with ice cream. Could not fault the food and with bottomless coffee as well, this set us up nicely for the rest of the day. Nice, basic food which was just what we wanted.

I visited there on New Year's Day morning. Lots of stores were closed at that time, but this restaurant was opened...and as I expected, there was a long line for waitimg.
However, we didn't wait that long. Once we entered,i realized it was quite large!!!

They really worked hard!! so, pancaked was served very quickly, and very delicious!!!
We absolutely loved this restaurant.

not only the foods and workers, i really loved the atmosphere, too!!! pretty cool decoration :)

Had dinner at the Pancake Parlor in Bourke Street Mall. We had not had pancakes for quite some time, and did not feel we got value for money, even though we had both a main savoury dish followed by sweet pancakes for dessert. Very disappointing. Staff seemed to be chatting amongst themselves more than paying attention to their customers.

Let me start of by saying, I don't mind paying top dollar for food. But when you're being charged a high price for low quality food in a low quality restaurant, that's ridiculous. First off, I'm surprised that this restaurant hasn't gone out of business, the location is very poor, in a basement type place next to a reject shop. Our first impression was not good. Poor lighting, and the table and chairs were so sticky we almost stuck to them. The menus were also sticky. We had our orders taken by a girl who looked like she couldn't even be bothered being there. And we had a view back into the kitchen and saw all the kitchen staff and waiters mucking around and flirting with each other, when they should have been cleaning the place! Food was mediocre, some of it you could tell was just heated up. But this is the usual standard at a pancake parlour. We just wanted to get out of there, and on our way out a waitress was sitting at a table next to patrons cleaning the cutlery. ARE YOU SERIOUS!?
