This is a new kid on the block, and with a little concern, we sat down for dinner. There was not one Italian to be seen. Not in the kitcken, not anywhere. All the employees were from the sub continent or so it seemed. Not pizza-land at all. We relaxed, we remembered what wonderful breads came from there, naan, roti, and hey, maybe pizza dough.
The menu was pizza only pretty much with a choice of three salads. The deserts were pizza based. The pizza menu was extensive. We chose funghi (a mound of swiss browns), salmon, and pork and fennel sausage. Each came with a delicious varied cheese and tomato base, and a smattering of vegie treats. Each one was delicious, and the bases remained crisp and crunchy till the end. Chilli on the side was fresh, not flakes. Sensational pizza, well priced, and I agree with a fellow diner who said 'Best pizza in Melbourne".
