I stayed at the clarion suites On Friday the 14th of September, I had extremely bad luck on my travels to Melbourne and was pick pocketed at the train station before I left, the staff were very accommodating to this misfortune and helped organize with me to get to enjoy my stay without a credit card or license.
The room was emasculate with astonishing views of melbournes most famous river, the crown fire show was a completely different experience from the balcony of my suite!
When you first enter the clarion suites you are greeted with smiles and a very welcoming greeting from all staff at the front desk. From now on the only place that I shall stay is this wonderful, welcoming venue.
The following day upon checkout I left my bag with the front desk, which is a great feeling to know that you don't have to cart heavy luggage with you all day.
When I returned to collect my baggage I realized I had left my train ticket in the room, I went up to look for it and it was gone but that didn't stop Tomas from finding it, he went to the rubbish and searche through until he recovered it. I mean honestly where else In this country can you go that a staff member cares about patrons enough To go dumpster diving for a 20 dollar train ticket.
I give the clarion suites gateway an 11 out of 10 and reccomendes it to all travelers!!
