Its free, its informative, and, above all, REALLY interesting!!! There are three free tours daily. We caught the one at 2:30PM with a great guide named Richard who showed us both sides of parliament. We even had the opportunity to sit in the chairs used by the Speaker and the leader of the government and the ministers when Parliament is in session (it was not in session when I was there). The history is fascinating. The tour lasted 1 hr, 15 min and was about the right length.
