Went here for my mother's 60th birthday dinner. Service was abysmal - very slow, wrong food, no clearing of dozens of plates, drinks forgotten & melted. It is not a cheap place (about $50 a head including drinks) and the whole night was just frustrating. Always looking for a waiter or waiting for something. Food was ok. Cocktail tasted like flat Pepsi. Was so disappointed. Never again.

You will have to go to Hong Kong to find a better dim sum experience. Excellent choice of teas to compliment the dim sum. Have taken three business clients here and this place has not disappointed yet. Will visit again with clients and friends. Makes me want to go back to Hong Kong for a visit. Sets the benchmark for dim sum dining with a modern flare. Oh yes, you can also buy the boxes of fine tea to take home. The choice of teas on offer makes selecting one a pleasant task.

Went for lunch at the oriental tea House and really wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety, the texture and flavours! The calamari was delicious as was the prawn dumplings! The real treat however was the desserts - both the white chocolate and milk chocolate dumplings! Lunch was very filling and very reasonably priced!

I have visited Oriental Tea house twice, am off to Melbourne this month and am looking forward to re visiting. Beautiful selection of tea's to sample. Knowledgeable staff who explain the variance
and theraputic aspects of the teas. Yum cha menu great, cooked A la carte, small tasting plates.
You must taste the Cocktails, wow!! combinations of tea & alcohol, refreshing.
Decor very Austin Powers.... all in all a fun experience.
