The service is fantastic. Quick, friendly and genuine. Have just come back from Thailand and have to say- this food is authentic and delicious, even better than some dishes we had in Thailand. The desserts are to die for, do try the black sticky rice and palm sugar sundae ;)

All the hype is here, good food, good cocktails and good location.
It's in Flinders Lane, Melbourne. There's no booking during weekdays so be there at least 45 minutes early or have one your friends book and wait for a table. Not the cheapest but if you are planning a good night out, this is the place. Make sure you budget for $50-70 for shared meal including drinks.

You're going to have some of the best food of your life.
If you're in a group, you will not be able to carry on a conversation, since the place is so cavernous and the acoustics are so terrible. But let's face it --- you're not coming here for the acoustics or the conversation.

And you're not going to have a white tablecloth dinner, with some guy in a bow-tie tuxedo pandering to you. Instead, you're going to have some really attentive, helpful and dedicated staff who really know their food, are happy to help you navigate through a wondrous menu --- and might be quite heavily tattoo'd.

This is Melbourne. And Chin Chin really represents some of the Best of Melbourne.

You're going to come here. You're going to love it. And you're going to wish you never had to leave ...

Enjoy!

This place is always full. The food is great. They have such a huge selection to choose from and it's always good to ask the wait staff on what they recommend. They also have a good wine collection. Only thing is that they try and pack in as many tables and chairs so it can be a bit of a tight squeeze getting in and out of your chair.
