This is a large cathedral in central Melbourne opposite the Flanders railway station. Very quite and cool. Great place to contemplate.

It's easy to visit. Take the free tram no.35 and get off near the Parliament Building station. Walk a few minutes (around 10 minutes), guided by the signs on the road. The front or main door was closed when we visited but the door on the side was open. Not a lot of tourists visit the church when we were there. It was a good things because we were able to enjoy a few solemn moments in silent prayer and in admiring the beautiful interior of the church. Is this the oldest church in Melbourne? I wonder. Looking at the gargoyles, i believe it is. Enjoy!

A amazing church and structure, look around and check out the building inside and out. Nice if there is a weekend wedding
