I am a gold member of the Rydges program. I was becoming very annoyed at the customer service I was receiving from their hotels and their poor status recognitions. The gentlemen that check my friend and I into your hotel provided me exceptional customer service. All the staff always had a smile and I could not of asked for anything more. The Hotel was nice clean and tidy and the overall experience was fantastic. I will now be using Accor Group Hotels from now on. Well done to the Team at Novotel on Collins.
