Great service

Great service, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, soundproof, great food. Checkin and check out quick , polite and helpful, wifi really easy to connect. Tea and coffee facilities great.

Our team certainly are friendly and helpful - I am glad you got to interact with them!

It is a super quiet hotel with rooms not starting till the 6th floor and great insulation throughout the hotel. I'm glad this assisted you in having a great nights sleep.

Great location, superb service, comfortable beds

This was a birthday family holiday for husband's 60 and grandsons 6th bday.
We Loved the special touch of 2 bottles of wine in our room for my husband and a special birthday gift for my grandson!! Big tick and thanks so much to the manager who arranged this surprise.
Nothing was too much trouble.
Special mention for Andrew for a great checking in process

Room tip: I nearly slipped in the bath as no bath mat

Good value in an excellent CBD location

Love this corner of Melbourne and the Studio Apt room was generously sized. Crappy small TV and a bit of wear and tear, but great otherwise. No serious complaints. No spare blanket, duvet too warm but a/c was good. Price is right!

Comfortable and luxurious

Warmly welcomed, and very impressed by our beautifully appointed room. Modern and very comfortable. Incredible city views from the 9th floor. Well equipped kitchen for all basic cooking needs. Very well located near transport, beautiful eateries, shopping precinct, and walking distance to sporting venues. Loved our stay and would definitely come back.

Plenty of space & great location

We were in Melbourne for footy & shopping. Adina was in the perfect location for both!
Our one bedroom apartment was serviced, which I wasn’t expecting. What a pleasant surprise.
The only thing I didn’t like about the experience was the pillows, I put that down to not what I’m used to.
I’d definitely stay again.
