The hotel is centrally located and offers apartment style accommodation. Great restaurant downstairs run by Shane and his team with a great selection of food and beverage. I stay here regularly for business and thoroughly recommend it. More

I am sure this hotel will improve once refurbishing is complete, but our 4 bed apartment had several maintenance issues that needed addressing. In addition , the living room seating was inadequate for 4 people, and the servicing of the apartment was spasmodic without attention paid to the supply of basic kitchen cleaning supplies.

I am also disappointed you did not experience the high level of service we normally provide. I will address all maintenance and housekeeping issues immediately and ensure steps are taken to improve the quality of the cleaning service. I would like to point out we are undergoing a full refurbishment and we aim to be in the top 20 Hotels once complete.
I would like you to give us another chance in a few months time and review us again then.

nice clean rooms with good light and space to work, desk could be a bit bigger, temperature was a little to low for me. very close to the place were I needed to be. close to the city centre. always taxi in front of the door

My friends and I had a lovely stay. Very close to everything we wanted to do. The rooms are lovely and the staff extremely friendly. This is the third time I have stayed at Adina and will definitely stay again.

Beautiful well appointed spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Comfortable beds, great views and friendly staff. Great location, close to everything you need and within walking distance of the tram stop. Pool could have been a bit warmer.

I'm very pleased you found are beds comfortable, the team to be friendly, the location is one of the best in Melbourne. The pool is normally around 27 degrees C and in the winter months perhaps it need be higher, I will address this with the maintenance department and monitor the progress.
