Stayed for 12 nights in an apartment. The rooms were great, bedroom, sitting room, kitchen and bathroom. It could have been very different, booked through Expedia and they actually booked a studio room which is basically an ensuite with a microwave in a cupboard, luckily the management at the Adina were totally understanding and swapped rooms for us within an hour. The servicing of the room was a bit hit and miss, it was generally good but we were there over the AFL final and Melbourne show so they were very busy. The pool, and sauna is excellent the gym is basic but adequate. There are fresh towels available when using the pool and the gym. The cost of drinks etc is expensive but it is a high grade hotel and you don't get a Rolls Royce for Mini money. If you are looking for a central location where you can relax in comfort the apartments are an excellent option and the staff and in particular the management are only interested in making sure you have everything to make your stay whatever you want it to be.

Room Tip: If booking through Expedia make sure it is the apartment and not the studio

Situated in the heart of Melbourne, this hotel is very well located, close to all transport and the centre of the city.
We spent 5 nights in a well appointed apartment. It was quite large with great kitchen etc. Apartment was serviced each day and it even included a daily newspaper. A second TV was also in the bedroom. A balcony from the room afforded great views of the city.
Parking within the hotel at $21 per day was very reasonable considering location.
Staff were very cheery and helpful.
Overall a very pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend this Apartment Hotel.

We stayed here over the AFL Grand Final weekend and it was just a fantastic place to stay. In light of the fact they would have been really busy, you would not have known. Harry was very patient as we organised credit cards etc. There was candles throughout the foyer which was also very welcoming.

The rooms were very clean and everything was provided including a dryer and a dishwasher. I'm not sure about all apartments but our Penthouse had robes and slippers for guests also :-) There was plenty of room to enjoy our time when not out and about. Noise was not an issue, though we were on 21st floor. Our balcony meant we had somewhere for fresh air each morning or whenever we wanted.

The views were amazing, especially at night with all the lights of the city. .

A delightful surprise was the two gingerbread men cookies, wrapped in cellophane and 'dressed' as a player from the two teams in the Grand Final. There was an explanation of the game of AFL and the celebrations for the weekend. It made us feel so welcome as we were there for The Game! (Noticed one or two of the gingerbread men around the G at the game too)

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The map offered to us by Harry on check in was a god send. It was just one page, popped in my handbag and we used it everyday.

The Adina is literally 5 minutes walk to the middle of the CBD shopping precinct and a 10 minute walk to Federation square. It seemed anything we needed to do, was just a short walk away. The tram was only half a block from the Hotel so we could use this also.

The café/restaurant downstairs, Queen Street Rescue, was fabulous. The food was reasonably priced and delicious. The staff were really friendly and remembered us after one visit. Would go to this café just for lunch or breakfast if I was living in Melbourne.

Overall, I would recommend this apartment hotel to anyone. They are welcoming and professional at all times. It is the extra little touches of thoughtfulness which make it stand out from the crowd. Will be going back and also recommending it to family and friends.

Room Tip: If you like fresh air, request a balcony. There is opening windows though. (No spa so rated as excellent not to bring down rating)

We recently spent 5 nights at Adina Melbourne and I couldn't have been happier with our stay. Checking in was so easy and pleasant...our room was on the 20th floor so the views were fantastic and the room itself was great...dishwasher, washing machine...plenty of space...loved it and as we are used to staying at hotels in Perth I was blown away by the amazing prices for such a beautiful apartment. We pay more in Perth for such tiny rooms so close to the city....We walked everywhere from Adina...down to the Yarra, over to the Eureka tower...through China town, short walk to jump on the free city circle tram....it was just all there and we were right in the middle of it! This place truly is lovely and affordable and I would definitely stay here again if I need to be in the city in Melbourne.....Staff, fabulous, rooms fabulous, price fabulous, position fabulous....what more could you want!....thanks Adina Melbourne for giving us a fantastic accommodation experience.

Room Tip: We had room 137 on the 20th floor and the night view was fantastic

Have just spent 3 nights at The Adina Apartments on Queen Street, and can not speak highly enough about the experience. My sister and I were travelling with our elderly father, we had arranged to have a number of pieces of equipment dropped off before our arrival, we advised the staff of this and were told it was no problem. Upon our arrival we were told that everything was waiting for us and if we needed any help to let them know. We did need help and the staff were so efficient and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They kindly advised that they have room service, which I am usually reluctant to use, this is great value, and the food is excellent. If you need any other supplies there is a 7 Eleven me block away which has everything you will need. The apartments were well equiped and in a convenient location. So much better than staying in a hotel.
