Me & my friends booked a 2 bed-room apartment and stayed here for 8 nights.
There were 5 of us in the apartment, 2 pax in each room & 1 used the sofa-bed in the living room (no extra charges!). Come up to about SGD$60-70 per pax per night which was really affordable.
The location is very convenient; 2 minutes walk to Queen Victoria Market, 5-8 minutes walk to the Dracula-themed restaurant, just below 10 minutes walk to the Melbourne Central shopping centre & about 10-15 minutes walk to melbourne museum, old melbourne goal, lygon street etc.
Main thing I disliked was the bed & pillows, way too soft. I had a backache after 2 nights.
& another problem was that there's only one toilet & one bathroom but there five of us, so we had to take turns in the morning and at night when we were dead beat after sight-seeing the whole day.
