I have just stayed here for one night. It was my first time in Melbourne and and I really only needed somewhere to sleep . I booked a shoe box room which was clean and comfortable with everything I needed for a short stay . The staff were courteous and helpful especially Oriana who even remembered my reason for being in Melbourne when I checked out . Yes , the room was small but adequate for what I needed.. close to Southern Cross station and a handy 711 a few doors down . Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

best western melbourne

this hotel is great value and close to everything 2 min walk to the crown casino, great room service breakfast and the courtyard rooms are great no need to use the lifts! southern cross station across the road.

Excellent location

Only a few minutes walk from southern cross station, crown casino and major tram stops. It was perfect for what we needed during our stay. Staff were pleasant and very helpful with maps and directions.

Nice location

Stay here for 6 nights during my business trip, and love the room, had everything you need even the shower are tiny but it’s enough, good quality of bed and pillow, nice staffs, and good breakfast with also good view on street, near 7/11 and tram stop, location are so great, the only problem they don’t have parking lot to stop car in front of hotel lobby, but other than that everything is perfect, you can also try Thai massage on the first floor near the cafe. Love it

Awesome

It was close to the train station and the city. Walking distance to wherever u wanted to go. The staff was friendly. And helpful. The room was tidy and clean. I stay again. Probably need a bar at the hotel
