Went to the Monet exhibition and was pleased at the number of paintings and found the supporting audio visuals and film show interesting and entertaining.

The rest of the museum was a little ho hum and the buildings architecture was very modern.

Save a visit for when something special is on ......

Must visit this Gallery NOW if you love Monet painting. It is fantastic that you can see his painting up close & each painting are clearly explained. Give yourself at least 3 hours to view this exhibition. Make sure you watch the film at the end of the exhibition & you will feel as if you were there with Monet! The Gallery also have a very nice cafe & a very unique gift shop to visit.

Enjoyed most of the works on display (different from what everyone knows Monet to be), however, found that the display did not flow very well and the audio also did not flow with the exhibition. There was a conflict in the date of death of Monet's eldest son (under his portrait it said 1914 and further on it said 1918). Staff were helpful and the gallery itself, of course, is just wonderful.
