The trip was nice, kids loved it! Santa looked pretty awesome feeding the fish underwater. Only negative thing I have to say is the display on the ground floor was under renovation/construction. So the tanks were covered. Even though you could see the fishes swimming and the place smelt like paint! They also need to clean the place seriously...

Boys loved how close you can get to some amazing sea creatures and just how big/small they really are - is a little on the pricey side, but well worth the visit

A really nice place to go with family. Loved the penguines and the big tank that you could "dive" into. Giftshop was OK.

Went there on a hot day so was a bonus to be in the airconditioning. The girls on front desk are friendly but the fees to enter were $35 per adult which is a bit expensive considering we only spent about 40 mins in there. The best bit is the big penguins as you enter I went back a second time to have a look at them. The other exhibits are okay the layout is like a warren. And yes its great to see the big sharks and fish but the way Perth has theirs setup is way better.

The place is uninspiring and tired, we expected more with the admission price. At least 3 tanks were under renovation, some of the tanks are so small you got to queue up literally to see what's inside, don't be surprise if it turns out to be just 3 turtle eggs, they could well be just empty shells, you'll never know. Some glass surface have algae, some water is murky. I can see how kids can have fun though, but how much do kids need to stay stimulated. Perhaps the place could be great if you sign up for special tours and packages that cost extra. I wouldn't bother otherwise. It also takes a bit to navigate around the place. The staff are great though, it's obvious that they're the ones who are keeping this sorry place together.
