Photo on the web site shows a couch in the family room, I can assure you there isn't one, it wouldn't fit!
Very small rooms, so small in fact the main bedroom door couldn't shut, it hits the suitcase rack!
Couldn't get the TV to work either.

Falsely advertised.

I stayed here for the Melbourne Cup (as it is right next to Southern Cross station). It’s a great location for everything in the CBD. Close to the trams and trains so it’s perfect for visiting Melbourne - and great for shopping too! The room was standard really, but had everything you needed. It was clean and tidy and I had no issues with the service. The only moan I’ll do... is that I had breakfast the morning of Cup Day, but wish I hadn’t bothered. They only seemed to have questionable scrambled eggs, beans and white bread for toast in the hot section! It was included in the room price so I didn’t complain – and went for a lovely breakfast the following day elsewhere anyway. Overall, the room was nice, the price was reasonable and the location was great.

Room Tip: Don't be fooled by the "upgrade to a room with a view"! I paid an extra $30 and got a...

Very convenient hotel to Spencer Street station where the bus from airport also arrived. Easy walking distance to hotel. Coles supermarket nearby and plenty of good places to eat. Very large comfortable room. Full breakfast included. Great one night deal through Webjet. Circle tram nearby, easy walk to Etihad stadium. Tea making facilities were handy

Room Tip: We had floor 15 , so was really quiet

Stayed for five nights. Hotel is opposite the airport bus terminal and close to the free shuttle and free tram services. City is an easy stroll so I took breakfast downtown every day. Wifi was a bit iffey and comes and goes but it works enough. Despite the roads I never had any problem with noise. Staff were friendly and I would stay again.

On the fringe of the CBD, reasonable close to a train station, free city circle team, plus other team stops. Shops close by. Mall, China Town probably about 20 to 25 min walk, but a fairly quick tram ride.

Got a reasonable rate for the room, this included breakfast. Was in the standard queen, good size and is quiet, not too much traffic noise but can hear the team brake screech. Bathroom largish, shower only, no bath..supplies basic shampoo and conditioner only.

Air con works well, decent tv. Wifi exxy..$20 for 500mb, sometimes slow and it does drop out.

Room clean and comfortable, though there is a drainage smell from bathroom sometimes.

Small fridge in room but no mini bar.

Breakfast includes toast, cereal, scrambled eggs and baked brandomness everyday..if you want bacon, variety, etc you will need to go elsewhere, seriously though if you have the b&b package it's not a bad deal.

No issues with staff, friendly, courteous and helpful.

If you are looking for a full on hotel experience with all the bells and whistles, this is not the place for your but it is excellent value for price paid. Would stay here again.

Stayed for 2D 1N there. Room was big enough for us. Hotel is opposite Etihad Stadium. Walking distance to King St, La Trobe St, Lonsdale St, Bourke St, and Collins St. Get a high floor room.
We stayed there because it was easy to get a bus to Airport. Coles supermarket only 2minutes walk away.

Room Tip: Happening places are just behind the streets.

definately not a 4 star hotel. large room but a very small bathroom / toilet. the window looked like it had never been cleaned. the air con was very noisy as was the little fridge which would come on and wake me up and im not a light sleeper. the bed was a queen when a king would fit in there no problem. pillows were very average. the shower could have done with a proper clean also. the toilet button was broken when we arived and one downlight did not work. the price was good but that is if it was a 4 star, so maybe compare price to 3 star hotels.
close ish to the city - about a 15 / 20 minute walk to crown casino.
