Just dined with my daughter in Cure on 27th June. Food was impeccable but needs patience to wait. Kudos to the young chef for putting his heart & soul into his dishes. Excellent food, excellent serivce & excellent ambience. Whatever's on the MENU, quickly grab, it's to die for. There arent many, only 6 mains to choose from. We had quail & pork belly, both were superbly done. Our dessert was ginger pudding with red wine & pear sorbet. I shall definitely return to try the other dishes eg confit duck leg, sirloin steak & snapper fillet. For sure.
